Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Time

• United States: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
• Other countries and regions: Estimated delivery time is 30–40 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local logistics, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds During Transit
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refund requests until the shipment has been delivered.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved after delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Returned items must comply with our return requirements before a refund can be issued.
